Roo & Thread is the customer-facing retailer for purchases made on rooandthread.com. Select products are stored, packed, and shipped directly by approved brand partners.

Processing time

Please allow 1–5 business days for order processing unless a product page or checkout displays a different timeframe. Business days do not include weekends or U.S. holidays.

Estimated delivery time

For U.S. orders, delivery is generally expected within 3–10 business days after shipment. For international orders where delivery is available, transit generally takes 10–25 business days after shipment. Customs processing, carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and other events outside our control can extend these estimates.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. If a product or checkout displays a more specific delivery estimate, use that product-specific estimate.

Shipping rates and destinations

Available shipping methods, destinations, and charges are displayed at checkout before payment. International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees where applicable unless checkout states otherwise.

Multiple packages

If an order contains items fulfilled by different partners, the items may arrive in separate packages and have separate tracking information.

Tracking

When tracking is available, shipment information will be sent using the contact information provided with your order.

Address changes

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact support@rooandthread.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment begins.
