If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Supplier-direct fulfillment
Some Roo & Thread products are stored and shipped directly by approved fulfillment partners. An order containing products from more than one fulfillment partner may arrive in separate packages. Roo & Thread remains the customer-facing retailer for purchases made through this website.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
